REGULI PENTRU POSTAT

Inainte de a pune un anunt trebuie sa stiti ca:

1. Anuntul trebuie sa contina in titlu si in mesaj obligatoriu unul din cuvintele VAND ,CUMPAR sau SCHIMB ...dupa caz.
2. Topicul de VANZARE trebuie sa contina din primul mesaj informatii despre produs (starea lui, defecte,etc), o modalitate de contact in afara de PM si PRETUL DE PORNIRE, acestea fiind obligatorii. In cazul in care topicul nu contine aceste informatii , acesta nu va fi aprobat .Daca se acumuleaza trei abateri pe aceasta tema, in decurs de maxim 2 luni de la prima abatere, utilizatorul respectiv va fi banat 15 zile.
3. Nu se permit topice la sectiunea Bursa in care mesajele sunt scrise cu Caps Lock , cu alt font decat cel standard, cu alta marime decat cea standard si cu alta culoare decat cea neagra. Daca initiatorul topicului incalca aceasta regula in primul mesaj, topicul nu va fi aprobat. Orice incalcare a acestui punct in mesaje ulterioare primului mesaj , se soldeaza cu stergerea mesajului in cauza.Daca se acumuleaza 3 abateri pe aceasta tema in decurs de 30 zile,topicul va fi inchis.
4. In cazul in care un vanzator are mai multe produse de vanzare, apartinand aceleiasi categorii, el trebuie sa le adune pe toate intr-un singur topic, acesta nedeschizand un topic pentru fiecare produs (in cazul nerespectarii acestei reguli posturile vor fi alaturate de catre un moderator sau sterse/inchise).
5. Initiatorul topicului are dreptul sa foloseasca UP-uri O SINGURA DATA dupa fiecare 72 de ore de la ultima sa postare, cu exceptia cazului in care anunta o diminuare a pretului solicitat. Diminuarea pretului nu se considera UP. NU se tolereaza UP-uri date mai repede de 72 de ore de la ultima sa postare sau de catre alta persoana decat initiatorul topicului. Se sanctioneaza orice abatere de la aceasta regula, chiar si numai cu 1 minut prin stergerea acelui mesaj! In cazul in care se acumuleaza trei abateri pe aceasta tema, in decurs de maxim 2 luni de la prima abatere, utilizatorul respectiv va fi banat 15 zile.
6. Nu se admit posturi offtopic, de exemplu posturi de genul: "da scump mai este", "am eu mai ieftin" etc. Toate posturile de genul acesta vor fi sterse iar autorul lor va fi avertizat prin sistemul de warn al forumului. In cazul in care se acumuleaza trei abateri pe aceasta tema, in decurs de maxim o luna de la prima abatere, utilizatorul respectiv va fi banat 15 zile. Pretul unei oferte/cereri poate fi discutat prin negociere doar de catre cei interesati sa vanda/cumpere (de catre cei care negociaza tranzactia respectiva).
7. Cei care VAND ceva intr-un post de CUMPARARE, vor fi avertizati prin sistemul de warn al forumului si prin stergerea mesajului daca nu pun pretul de vanzare si o modalitate de contact, ci scriu doar ceva de genul "am eu, cauta-ma", "cat oferi" etc.Cei care VAND un produs in alt topic de vanzari decat cel deschis de ei,vor fi sanctionati cu warn si stergerea mesajului in cauza.
8. Topicele la care nu s-a mai postat de 30 zile calendaristice sunt inchise automat.
9. Nu vor fi acceptate anunturile membrilor cu mai putin de 15 postari sau o vechime mai mica de 45 zile!Ambele termene sunt necesare!Exceptie fac doar membrii cotizanti ai Asociatiei Club Fiat.
10. Nu se accepta vanzarea de produse in regim en-gross.Aveti dreptul la maxim 4 bucati ale aceluiasi produs.Pentru a putea sa vindeti mai mult de 4 bucati trebuie sa fiti membru cotizant al Asociatiei Club Fiat.
11. Sectiunea este dedicata doar Persoanelor Fizice si nu prestatorilor de servicii sau persoanelor care vand la negru.Pentru ei exista sectiunea FIRME .
12. Nu aveti dreptul decat la maxim 3 anunturi in decurs de 90 zile.Pentru a putea posta mai mult de 3 anunturi in acest interval trebuie sa fiti membru cotizant al Asociatiei Club Fiat.
13. Anunturile nu vor fi vizibile pana nu vor fi aprobate de catre un moderator sau supermoderator.Pentru a fi aprobate de catre acestia,anunturile trebuie sa respecte toate cerintele de la punctele 1 la 12.
14. Inainte de a cumpara un obiect de la un utilizator verificati in sectiunea Feedback daca este o persoana serioasa sau nu.ClubFiat nu isi asuma sub nici o forma responsabiliatea fata de produsele cumparate din sectiunea Bursa si care nu se incadreaza descrierilor vanzatorului.
15. Daca sunteti persoana fizica sau juridica si doriti sa oferiti servicii sau sa vindeti produse si nu vreti ca anuntul dumneavoastra sa fie supus acestui regulament,am creat o sectiune speciala,cu plata,unde puteti sa va desfasurati activitatea si anume AICI.




16. Acest regulament intra in vigoare incepand de astazi 01.12.2010.

Vand 4 anvelope de vara pe 14" de pe Punto meu pentru ca trec pe 15" si chiar numai am ce sa fac cu ele. 2 sunt Barum Briliantis dimensiunea 175.65 r14 si 2 Matador Mp52 185.60 r14.
Sunt in stare buna, nu au galme sau snururi. Mai merg cel putin 15000 de km.
Sunt cumparate de noi de catre mine in 2010.
Pretul este de 70 lei bucata sau 250 de ron toate 4 + taxele de livrare.

Garantez pt anvelope, sunt purtate doare de mine si cumparate de noi. Pret nou 170 de ron toate sau 100 de ron perechea.
